據說這間餐廳是設計師拷問他家人很久之後，才在某次聚會時由設計師哥哥口中套出來的時尚餐廳，就在馬斯垂克市中心附近，這個要開車才到得了的地方，很適合在馬斯垂克上班的時尚單身男女，下班後找心儀對象來這裡吃晚餐喝一杯（喔～單身生活離我好遙遠了....)
也難怪設計師哥哥不想告訴他啦，應該是擔心改天他在那裡約會，跑出我們兩個電燈泡（哈）。
這間都會男女最愛的餐廳叫SOFA，這個名字就給我很Young的連結，因為好多年前台北敦化也有一間Lounge Bar叫SOFA，但是後來關店了....(我離題了）
SOFA並不是在一棟Fancy的大樓裡，而是一個像莊園般的地方，看起來蠻隨性的，尤其那個白色的LOGO要正不正的擺立在門口，什麼多餘的註解也沒有，觀光客應該很難發現這家餐廳吧，儼然是給當地人hangout的地方。
外頭看似走溫馨鄉村路線的餐廳，一推開門就是一個充滿設計感時尚的裝潢，首先納入眼簾的是一整個木製的大長桌，長桌還有隨性的木頭縫隙，叉子掉進去應該會撿不回來....

另外也有適合團體聚會的方桌，跟情侶喃喃細語的小圓桌，雖然我們造訪的時間是個陰雨綿綿的午後，但是我想如果不管外頭是陽光普照的夏天或是夜晚，這裡應該很有氣氛吧！
餐廳分成前後兩半，我們坐在靠近入口的前半，中間夾個狹長的吧台，後半也是餐廳，幾乎座無虛席，基於歐洲人都相當重視自己的肖像權，我還是不要隨便亂拍比較好。
我們點了咖啡與甜點當作下午茶，很喜歡這裡的氣氛，跟設計師說好，下回再訪荷蘭，必定要來這邊吃晚餐，來個偽上班族下班後的時尚約會。
